Some songs I have written in the past. :

I guess this could go in the off topic, but I also believe it fits here in the composition sub topic.
critique or flame or praise Midnight Magic
When it fails
Sinks and dies
We could save it
No one tries
Make it great
Just not a tragic
We're in need of Midnight Magic
Take my hands says a wish
Never felt such like this
Leaving my arms black and cold
Not my heart..it's been sold
Judge it by
what you see
My eyes are closed
No vacancy
Muffled crieds
Distant sights
Grabs the sheets
For it's almost midnight
When you feel like letting go
I want you to know
This doesn't have to be tragic
I'm your Midnight Magic (3)
It's just you and
No one feels like
I
All we need is
All I have is
LOVE
When it's me and
Just me and
Not me just
YOU
That's the first one. My friend gave me the song title, so I went from there, not really much inspirations on it. Down by the River
I found my way back here
Struggling on and on
All night I just wait for you
But no response my dear
All my hope is gone
Another sleepless night I struggle through
I dont like it here
I wanna go
South of the River
Down by the bend
Where I lay my tears
And let my heart mend
Under the Bridge
My eyes start to swell
If you ask me how I'm doing
I'll tell you it's going well
This cold night makes me shiver
Down by the River
When you look at me
How do you feel
Your in a life thats so surreal
Throw the rocks at my image
Watch it ripple away
My reflection is gone
But my pain is here to stay
Lookin Down by the River
Knowing I can never win
I take a breath
Then I jump in
It's cleaning me now
Pulling me down
Then you throw out your hand
And you're pullin me out
Down by the River
Where our eyes met
That was the first night
That I ever slept
You kept me safe
When I felt like letting go
This feeling makes me shiver
When I go
Down by the River
That one was inspired by a song by the band decemberdrive, called Portland.
It's roughly to the same beat and the feeling it gave me. 255
Check it man I'm fresh off the block
Snap on chains on my neck not a clock
Packing an airsoft, don't own a glock
Baller on a budget, but it don't show
Diamonds in ma mouth, What ya know?
When ya backs against the wall
Just tell em all
I dare ya to survivie
on Two Fifty Five
Can't make a livin
on Two Fifty Five
Owned to name
is Two Fifty Five
Watch me run the game
with Two Fifty Five
From the bottom
Straight to da top
Hands in the air showin G's if ya got em
Numba one goal is to make the block hop
Nothing to my name, nothin but my rhymes
Clean street boy, aint commit no crimes
One last check comin, under a hundred bucks
Check me man, do you think I give a fuck?
Check me make it
on Two Fifty Five
Makin a livin
on Two Fifty Five
All that's on my name
is Two fifty five
Running the game
with Two Fifty Five
Walk in da club and i hear em shout
They going crazy and I dont got a record out
Fillin up my moneycase
Straight G'd up and I'm pimpin on myspace
Blowing up jus like a bomb
Aint gon catch me like dey got sadam
American Dream aka Me
After that Two Fifty Five you betta drop a G
Turned it in too
Two fifty G's
And I'm slidin
Two fifty G's
Up in ma mouth
Two Fifty G's
Lincoln Cont
Rollin on Two Fifty G's
This song was written a few days after I got fired leaving me with only, you guess it 255 dollars.
I will post more of my songs when I finish them or just put them on the comp
