Article I Section 3:
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.
You can discuss how this is important because it gives less populated states the same amount of power in the Senate as highly populated states like California and such. |
