Great post man. Some of those are just plain dumb and shouldn't even be attempted, but there are a lot of them that are really good.
I have a couple:
Student IDs
At many schools you have to wear IDs, and the easy way to cheat on vocab tests or anything like that, you can just write it on the back of your ID and look at it during the test/quiz.
Desk Writing
Write the definitions to any vocab words on any of your tests on your desk; a simple and effective method.
Shoe Method
If your not overly obsessed with your shoes, write any answers/notes on the bottom of your shoe, or lower down on the side. It's pretty much flawless in my eyes, as long as your not stupid about it.
