Focus on using your body as weight, meaning, pull ups, push ups, leg raises.
Getting a gym membership this young can and in the most part causes more harm than good. I see these kids in the gym all the time doing more weight than they can handle and very rarely have good form. Doing movements with heavy weight in the wrong way can cause serious injuries that can last the rest of your life. Unless you know what you are doing or someone else who knows what they're doing stay away from doing free weights.

Most gyms don't allow people under 15 to use the weights. But if you buy a 10lb dumbell, it can do a whole lot to your arms. Trust me, I gained a whole lot of muscle with two simple 12lb dumbells.
And for the heavy weights, you shouldn't start actually lifting weights(I mean reps, stuff like that) until you are absolutely done with puberty. Simple as that, otherwise you can stunt your growth. I find that the gym has helped me out a lot, whether it be the pool for cardio, bicycle, running machine, etc. It has improved my endurance a lot.
Just stay away from those heavy weights youngsters!
