Try saying it in a weird voice in from of the mirror. Your brain will remember the voice you made and how you said the words, and you can remember how you said it then you should be able to remember the words themselves.
Example
Instead of saying "Je voudrais une salad" in a normal american tone, memorize it by saying the line in a real french accent.
OR
you could just say the lines over and over and over again
