It's not hard to read a graph once you get the hang of it.
I'll use the first one for an example. On the left, it tells you the amount of minutes, and on the bottom, it gives you the days of the week.
If you are trying to find which day she exercised for 45 minutes, you go to the left, and scan to the right with your eyes until you get something that meets the point. In this case, Friday.
For Thursday, you do the opposite. You go to the day, then follow the bar until it reaches its end. In this case, 30 minutes.
For the last question, you just count how many days have an amount of time associated with them. In this case, five.
