You're really just going to have to explain what it is you're asking here.
I'm pretty sure the first one would be x^2/3 but I'm not a hundred percent sure that's even what you're attempting to do with these.
If what you're trying to do is what I think it is, you want to take certain steps. Start by splitting up the numerators if there is + or -.
DO NOT SPLIT UP THE DENOMINATORS! THIS IS EVIL!!
Once you have it split up, you can just observe what sorts of simplifications can be made. If one of your terms has an x value in both the numerator and denominator, you can simplify. For example, x^2/x= x. Subtract the lower power from the higher power.
Also, you can simplify coefficients. So, I'll take you through #3, because it features both.
First, split up the numerator, so you have 14a/7 - 7/7. 14/7=2, so your first term will be 2a. 7/7 is just 1, so your answer should be 2a - 1.
Edit...I hate to be a pain in the ass, but you're going to have to explain 4 and 5 if you want me to help you work through them. I can't understand what the expressions you have listed mean.
