Don't forget the Irish and the Jews! When both ethnic groups emigrated to America they were held with as much prejudice and discrimination as the blacks. The Irish were even seen as being on the same level as blacks in that time period. Both groups went through a process called "Race Making" where a characteristic unique to you is exploited and used as a judgment for your inferiority. The Jews were subject to lots of deskilling and they could only find jobs (because of discrimination) in a certain field. With deskilling they were being paid less and less and had no where to go.
