We can have hats on in the halls and on all other things but the regular class periods, and iPods are not allowed at all. I actually got mine taken away the other day during lunch and my mom had to get it back. Phones aren't allowed at all either, but my friend is dumb and always takes videos of himself jumping around in the classroom with both middle fingers up towards the teacher while she is writing on the board.
