idk what the big deal is about hats, i mean cmon. i dont think that texting should be grounds for taking a phone. if the student chooses not to listen, and he fails, thats his problem, just so long as he isnt bugging anyone. ipods too. if they arent distracting to the rest of the class, then it shouldnt matter, its their choice to not be paying attention
