umm I need some help with Direction of Vectors, specifically these types of questions :

State a direction vector for each of the lines :

A line parallel to x = 9-3t , y=-4+t

Now I wasn't sure whether I would be using Cross or Dot product here at all, I highly doubt I would . But I wanted to know what I would be doing to find these x and y values.

BTW answer is x = -3 y = 1
