Biology - The study of life
Cell Divsion.
Meiosis - In meiosis I, chromosomes in a diploid cell resegregate, producing four haploid daughter cells. It is this step in meiosis that generates genetic diversity.
Mitosis - is the process in which a cell duplicates its chromosomes to generate two, identical cells.
Cell Parts
Nucleus - The Nucleus is found in the middle of the cell, and control all the cell function. DNA is also found in the nucleus.
Chloroplast - Chloroplasts are organelles found in plant cells and eukaryotic algae that conduct photosynthesis.
Mitochondria - a membrane-enclosed organelle, found in most eukaryotic cells
Misc
Eukaryotic - Animals, plants, fungi, and protists are eukaryotes
Organism - Any thing living.
Ovary - An ovary is an egg-producing reproductive organ found in female organisms.
Testicle - is the male generative gland in animals.
