Jay Gatsby had strengths and weaknesses, but Gatsby main strength and weaknesses was Daisy Buchanan. She made him strong when she was around and weak as well. Gatsby set his life on getting rich jus to be with her. Mr. Wilson went to Gatsby house Gatsby was in the pool Mr. Wilson shot him dead and then took his life not knowing that Daisy was the killer of Myrtle and not Gatsby. So Gatsby died for his love because he didn’t call the police and tell who killed Myrtle. I think that Gatsby was too rich to have someone like Daisy to be the center of his universe.
