Sunday Night = I'm in bed for the night between 8 PM and 11 PM, depends on the night before.
Monday - Thursday = I go to bed in between 4 PM and 6 PM when I get home each day. I dont eat dinner, I just have a salad when I come home. I do my homework before I have to get ready for school. I usually wake up around 11 PM, go on my computer and take a melatonin and go back to bed until 4:30 AM, when I wake up and do my homework/study for tests I have. My bus picks me up at 7:20 AM. I usually start to get ready for school by taking a shower at around 6:30 AM. I almost never eat breakfast before school.
Friday = I get up the same time as I always do, only I usually go to bed at around 1 AM or 2 AM.
Saturday = I wake up around the time school would end, around maybe 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM. I go to bed at around the time I would wake up for a school day, maybe 4:30 AM.
Sunday Morning = Wake up around 12 Noon.
Can you beat my totally effed up sleep cycle?
