Since more people are a month some more, and some a lot more. I decided to make a thread on how your life is doing. Post about how it's doing better/worse, so far than last year.

School:

Basically last year I just f.cked around all year. I never studied, I was just on H3F all day. Yeah, yeah, I know I was on H3F getting my post count up instead of doing my school work getting my grades up. But hey, at that time I had 'fun' doing it. But this year I have been studying a lot more, I'm passing all but two of my classes with an A or B+. In Spanish and History, my two worst classes, I have if I remember correctly a C+ in both. So I will surly be able to bring those to B's if not higher, by the end of the quarter. So basically, I've decided to stop d.cking around.

Sports:

Last year the only sport I played was basketball at my local YMCA because I didn't make freshman for some B.S. reasons. But right now I'm playing JV Soccer, then I'll be playing JV Basketball in the winter (hopefully ). Then either JV Baseball or Track in the spring, then Soccer in the Summer for Varsity Soccer. So I'm also a lot more active, which is why some of you may have noticed a decrease in my activity lately. On both Halo and the forum.

Social:

Last year I only had 3 close friends that I would just spend my weekends at. We had fun and I still see them a lot but not as much as I've made a lot more friends from soccer. I know have about 9 close friends and we do something after soccer practice and on the weekend. I've also gotten a lot more 'girl friends' that I hang out with. Before I would only hang out with 3 girls, not there's about 7.

So how is everyones year so far.

Well my year is goin alright.

School: Its been hell as only school could be. I mean my "data entry" job at a soccer office is tons better than this. I've barely gotten a full 24 hours of sleep this week from all these tests, projects, and lab-write ups ive had to do. This forum is a good procrastination tool though. i like it

Sports: I play baseball year round basically so right now i'm in a fall league and its going good. This spring i'll be making JV team and yeh...pretty much it.

Social: Well i'm pretty much with my same friends, but now in high school i can hang with all the cool juniors and seniors and stuff from baseball. girl side of life is pretty pathetic right now, mostly me being confused, but hey? who isn't confused when it comes to the subject of girls.

Stressfull, thinking that halo 3 is coming out so soon and you have to go to school.

School: It's going really good this year. I'm taking a lot of hard classes and passing them all with B's and higher.

Sports: JV Soccer is going awesome this year. We are undefeated so far with a record of 8-0, I've got a bunch of goals and TONS of assists. We've gotten through all of the hard teams so we will probably have an undefeated season of 14-0. And we also start up club soccer after Christmas, this is our last year for club, and I think we will have the best team we have ever had so I'm really excited for it.

Social: Going better then ever. Tons and tons of friends, parties every weekend, football games, and just chillin at peoples houses.

Good year so far.

School: Well Im doing fine in most classes, except english cuz we are learning about greek family trees...which have nothing to do with ENGLISH..so untill we get to reading and studing ENGLSIH I dont care about it.

Sports: Im the only sophmore on Varsity Cross Country which is sikkkk.

Social: I pretty much no everybody in my grade now. I wouldnt say im popular at all but its cool that people I dont really know stop and talk to me in the hall way. There is probably about 60-70 kids in my class so remebering names is hard. But I know them all anyway. Pretty good since Ive been going to the school for 10 days

School: I never study, ever. Unless it's exams and midterms, I really don't need to study as I'm an A/B student. My first progress report I had all A's.


Sports: I don't do school sports, but after school I usually play baseball or football.


Social: I've met plenty of new people, some that are close friends and some just to talk and laugh with. Many of them are sophomores because I got stuck in classes with them.

School:

School's been going great so far. I like all of my classes and I'm fortunate enough to have at least one or two of my close friends in each one. It's a little too early to know my actual grades, but I haven't missed any major assignments or tests, so hopefully they're are all in the A-B range. I switched out of AP Environmental Science on Friday. It was just too much work that I didn't want to do, and since I already have all my science credits, I really saw no reason to be in there. I switched into 3D Animation with my old Web Design teacher, so that should be fun, though, unfortunately, I'm only going to have it for one semester, with me switching into Algebra II for the second semester. This is because I failed a semester of Algebra II in my sophomore year, which I still haven't made up. Regardless, I'm feeling much more confident about my academic performance this year, and I'll hopefully maintain at least a 3.0 throughout the year.

Sports:

I've never really been much of a sports player, but just recently, however, I was hired to film the freshman football games from the press box. Although my first day on the job was a little sketchy, I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. I get paid $10/hour and I get to leave school early on days when we're not playing at home, so that's pretty cool.

Social:

In comparison to the other aspects of my year, social has definitely been the best. I've been hanging out with old and new friends more than ever, and It's been a blast. We've been going to parties, football games, and just last night we all went down to the beach. I'm currently talking with this cute chick in my government class, so hopefully I'll have a date for the homecoming dance.

All in all it's been a great year so far, and I'm hoping for it to get even better.
