last time i checked (last week in law) its illegal to read ppls messages on their phones, punish them for outside of school related activities, and restrict them from taking part in an out of school activity (myspace).

im sorry you have to deal with that.
my advice is hire a lawyer, chances are you'll win.

My friends phone got confiscated, so the teacher tried to read his messages but he had a lock on it. Teacher tried to guess the lock so many times that it fucked up the SIM card and had to get a new one.

Oh and BTW, all public schools here have to wear uniforms.

We had uniforms last year for middle school, It was actually ok other than the fact that you would have to tuck in your shirt which pissed off everybody

Well on Fridays we had the choice to wear our uniforms or a college shirt of some sort, still kinda bullshit though

my school is so relaxed. it takes 5 times getting caught with drugs to get suspended for 3 days.

skirts have to go to the tips of your fingers and shirts to belly buttons.
