You obviously have no idea what you're talking about since you said that he was right that each interval goes up by one if it is 1.3 and not 1, 3, 6, 10, 15.
1.3, 6, 10, 15...
From 1.3 to 6 is a 4.7 increase, then a 4 increase to 10, then a 5 increase to 15, I guess if you follow that pattern then it would be 19.7 seeing as you have a pattern that has three changes and a teacher wouldn't make you guess anymore.
Unless however, Los Angeles has no clue what he is talking about and it is, 1, 3, 6, 10, 15 which in this case would make the following number 21.
