The only person who Z may let have that control is NiceGuy. However he is really busy at H3F and doesn't come around here very often.

I'm saying to ONLY, repeat, ONLY give them PROFILE EDITING ABILITIES.
They don't have all the abilities of an admin (I.E. change site features, make mods/other admins) or a moderator (close threads, bans). Only the ability to change profile options, such as names, user groups, birthday, etc.

I mean titles. You could make it say "Moderator", but you:
1) Can't change their color
2) Can't give them the powers of a mod
